All can be performed on-site, in most cases, with little or no interruption of operations. Dreisilker is your single source for reliability field services. Whether it is simply motor repair or complete motor management, we have the experienced personnel and technology to maintain, test and analyze your motor assets.

Our field service team can evaluate and service most equipment on-site with little or no interruption. In the event off-site evaluation is required, we will pickup, diagnose, repair and return your equipment. To minimize downtime, we may be able to keep your operation up in the meantime with a unit from our inventory of exchange motors. Ask about these and other options.

Our trained technicians inspect, analyze and expertly balance your rotating machinery using precision instruments at your facility. For larger machinery, our in-house equipment can accommodate up to 14,000 lbs. Both on-site and in-house balancing services ensure optimum performance and trouble-free operation.

Our Infrared Inspection analysis helps avoid catastrophic failures and accurately documents problem areas by sensing high temperature areas including:
-- loose connections
-- damaged wiring
-- overloads and faults.

These readings are valuable in predictive maintenance of equipment condition to avoid possible failure and resulting costly downtime.

Dreisilker provides on-site testing and maintenance. Electrical testing, polarization index, surge comparison and other tests are performed. Maintenance includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, minor repair work, and more. We can inform you of any recommendations or additional service required.

Proper shaft alignment can prolong the life and improve the efficiency of equipment. Using laser and computer alignment, our experienced staff can accurately align your machinery. Our staff can also perform corrective work on bases, frames, mounts and other structures. Complete machine shop service is also available at our repair facility.

Dreisilker has an in-house staff of skilled machinists and precision equipment capabilities to provide high-value metal fabricating and tooling at outstanding quality-- and with 24-hour emergency service available. Our machinists have hundreds of years of cumulative experience with rebuilding motors, generators and other related equipment to match or exceed original specifications. If a part is no longer available, we can manufacture it from scratch, if necessary. Our inventory of various size lathes and specialized equipment allow the staff at our facility to build or rebuild whatever part or component you may need.

The Dreisilker DTM2 is a complete program to improve production uptime, energy costs and inventory management. The program will manage all aspects of motor status; predictive and preventive maintenance as well as repair. A DTM2 Project Manager is assigned to handle all your motor system needs. The Project Manager will coordinate the program by providing technical assistance, budget information and other necessary motor recommendations. You will have complete control of your motor and drive system needs today and tomorrow with DTM2.
