Matthew Dreisilker, CMRP,  proudly represents the third generation of Dreisilker Electric Motors, a family legacy. With a childhood surrounded by electric motors and hands-on experience in the repair industry, he gained valuable insights into the business and customers’ needs.

Matthew’s passion for electrical engineering led him to Northeastern Illinois University, where he honed his technical skills and knowledge. His dedication paid off when he earned his CMRP accreditation, showcasing his commitment to excellence.

Known for his creative approach to motor repairs, Matthew consistently finds efficient and effective solutions that exceed industry standards. As the company’s top engineer, he relishes the challenge of unraveling the mysteries behind motor failures, offering valuable solutions to customers.

But Matthew’s not just a tech whiz; he’s also a great educator. He takes pleasure in sharing his expertise with customers, empowering them to keep their motors running reliably. Lynn Dreisilker’s journey in the family business began alongside her brother Matthew, instilling a deep-rooted connection and passion for the industry. Knowing early on that she wanted to contribute to the family’s legacy, Lynn pursued her interests by studying Business and Marketing at Truman State University.

Equipped with her newfound knowledge, Lynn started learning under her experienced colleagues and then took on the crucial role of managing the operations of the family business. Drawing upon her educational background, she has been instrumental in steering the company towards continued growth and success.

Ever the enthusiast for progress, Lynn embraces the exploration of new technologies. Collaborating closely with the leadership staff, she spearheads efforts to leverage cutting-edge advancements, consistently striving to enhance the services provided to their valued customers.

Zac Zych’s career at Dreisilker Electric Motors is a testament to his unwavering dedication and expertise in the field. Armed with an engineering degree from Purdue University, renowned for its exceptional engineering program, Zac joined the company within our branch operations team. In this role, he gained invaluable insights into motor replacements for HVAC customers, mastering the intricacies of the trade. With some experience under his belt, he then transitioned to field services, where he adeptly troubleshooted variable frequency drive issues for customers, earning their trust and admiration.

Building on his technical acumen and customer-centric approach, Zac moved into sales engineering, collaborating with clients to cater to their specific motor and sales needs. With each step in his journey, Zac’s capabilities shone, and he soon took on the management of the inside customer support team, elevating the standard of support provided to customers.

As his influence continued to grow, Zac assumed the operations of the outside sales team, showcasing his adept leadership and strategic acumen. Accumulating over 25 years of experience in the business and industry, Zac has become a driving force behind the success of Dreisilker Electric Motors.

Zac’s profound dedication to meeting customer needs and ensuring their seamless operations is evident in every aspect of his work.
